WEEKLY SERVICE

At Casual Water, we pride ourselves in providing each homeowner with the security and confidence that they need to enjoy their pool hassle free! Our industry-certified technicians are educated in the latest pool technologies, safety regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that your pool is in the most competent and responsible hands possible. Our goal is to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied every time they use their pool or spa.

The Casual Water service and maintenance department provides every customer with a comprehensive, Seven-Point Weekly Checklist. Our Weekly Service is scheduled once a week and will occur at approximately the same time each week.

We also offer twice a week service for those swimming pools that need extra attention. This service gives customers a Pool Check at the beginning of the week (to re-balance the water chemistry after the weekend), along with a complete service on Friday or Saturday, by customer request.

Seven-Point Weekly Checklist:

1. Scrub all walls and tiles
2. Empty all skimmer and pump baskets
3. Thoroughly vacuum pool and spa
4. Net debris off surface of water
5. Test all equipment
6. Check for any visible leaks
7. Test, analyze, and balance water chemistry to APSP standards
